On a personal note...

Although, my husband and I have been together for 8 years, you can technically call us "newlyweds" as we've just celebrated our first year of marriage. And on top of that, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our first child! I'd say it has been an amazing journey! Throughout our relationship, we pride ourselves on building a lasting friendship, strengthening our communication, and working together to overcome the many challenges life presents including enduring a year of LDR woes, career transitions and expanding our family. In the midst of it all we enjoy traveling, caring for our "pup" Bleu, spending time with our family and friends, and just experiencing this life together.

For many years, I have recognized my passion for couple and marital relationships. I feel blessed to learn alongside couples while helping them build and maintain fulfilling relationships through self-awareness and continued growth.
