On a personal note...
I consider it a privilege to support couples as they prepare for their wedding and marriage! Often, so much focus is dedicated to the Big Day, but not near enough time and energy is devoted to preparing for the marriage afterward. I love premarital coaching because I can offer couples the knowledge, skills and tools to truly thrive in marriage and navigate challenges in the best way possible. Through coaching, we will identify your strength and growth areas as a couple, explore common and important issues in marriage, and work together to reach your goals so you leave coaching feeling confident, connected and prepared.
Clients I've worked with in the past have commented on how in their work with me they felt very comfortable and accepted. I enjoy sharing research and education with couples that empowers and assists them to better communicate, connect, and navigate challenges in their relationship. I work collaboratively with couples in a solution-focused and values-driven manner.
As a human, I've been married for over five years and I'm a mom to my 1.5 year old daughter. I enjoy a good cup of coffee, the sunshine, and being creative. I love to travel and have lived in several different states in the U.S. and in a few different countries as well.
I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you in your goals as a couple!
